Suppleness and Strength - Wednesday Description A 45-minute, unique fitness class for those seeking to elevate their health and well-being. This class artfully combines the mindful movements of Yoga with the core-strengthening principles of Pilates. The session begins with a yoga flow designed to gently warm the body and cultivate a sense of presence. Participants will move through a series of poses, focusing on breathwork and alignment to increase flexibility and reduce stress. This initial phase prepares the body for the Pilates segment, where the emphasis shifts to strengthening the core muscles, improving posture, and enhancing overall body stability.
