This Fitness Pilates class blends traditional Pilates principles with modern fitness techniques. This class focuses on core strength, flexibility and body awareness. This helps participants develop a strong foundation while improving posture and alignment.  Its suitable for all fitness levels all work is mat based. Overall, you can expect a balanced workout that promotes both physical fitness and mental well-being.
