Do you love walking and want to be part of your local community?

We're looking for volunteers to lead our Health Walks in various locations across Exeter, East and Mid Devon. Our walks, which vary in length, cater to people of all ages and abilities, encouraging everyone to stay active, improve their health and wellbeing and make new friends. You could be involved in a low level, accessible walk for those with more limited mobility, or a higher level one for more experienced walkers.

Our walks generally meet at 10.30am and can be between 30mins to 90mins in length.

As a walk leader, you'll welcome and register both new and regular walkers, ensuring everyone feels comfortable during the walks and at our tea breaks in local cafes or community centres. You might also enjoy planning new routes or conducting risk assessments. Plus, you'll have the chance to connect with other walk leaders at quarterly meetings and social events.
