Westbank 40th Anniversary: Monthly Gym Challenges

As this year marks Westbank Community Health and Care’s 40th anniversary, we’re inviting everyone to celebrate with us in the gym! To make it fun and motivating, we’ll be running a brand-new gym challenge every month, each inspired by the theme of '40.'

Every challenge will be designed to be accessible and adaptive so that people of all abilities and fitness levels can join in. Each challenge has a variation option to ensure it can be completed in a way that works for you, because we want the whole Westbank community to feel welcome to take part.

Getting involved is easy. Simply complete the challenge in the Gym at Westbank and record your participation on the challenge spreadsheet located in the gym. Everyone who takes part will be entered into a monthly prize draw for the chance to win great gym prizes.
